This max script created by Asuka from ThunderMods.net imports W3X files distributed by EALA (on the TW Mod SDK) or extracted by jonwil's SDK Extras W3X Decompiler. This is a work in progress, which means that there are still improvements that will be done in future versions. But it already supports meshes with UVW which is more than enough to recreate a model.
