Red Alert: Counterstrike isnt exactly based off a storyline: For allies, the focus is made on the danger of Sarin Gas, rescueing civilians from a falling Greece, and a series of battles in Siberia.

As for Soviets, the campaign is based on nothing, just a series of battles, hich include killing Stavos or disabling enemy bases.

In conjunction, it can be told that the name explains how allies reply to the war, but missions dont exactly express that..
